Refund policy
We offer a 30-day Return Policy, which means you have 30 days from the date of receipt to initiate a return, applicable only to the eSIMs that have not been activated yet, including those that have been installed but not activated.
To initiate a return, please contact us with a valid reason. If your return is approved, we will cancel the eSIM, and you don't need to return anything to us. We will issue a refund (minus a 5% restocking fee) to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return, please contact us at esim.monster@gmail.com.
Defective and Issues
It's advisable to scan the QR code we provide to install the eSIM on your phone before your trip, ensuring it functions properly. The validation period will not begin until the eSIM is activated in the destination country. Internet access is required during installation. Please contact us immediately if you experience any issues with the eSIM during the installation process. We can resolve the problem accordingly.
Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
Activated eSIMs cannot be returned. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The quickest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, please make a separate purchase for the new item.
